Meet Your Teacher, Jenean Hill.
Jenean is compassionate and tenacious. Whether volunteering for charities, hosting international live-in students, or serving her business clients, she commits fully to whatever she does.​ Here are three causes very dear to Jenean and her husband, Gary. 
Jenean's Real Estate Accomplishments
Within six months of Jenean's receiving her real estate license, she was selected, out of a pool of three hundred new agents, as her company's "Top New Agent”.

 Since then she has received "Hall of Fame" awards year after year from one of the largest independent real estate firms in the country at which she hangs her license. She joined the Association of REALTOR®’s MLS Committee and she served as Chairperson and Vice Chairperson on numerous Association of REALTORS® committees.

Jenean was elected as a Director of the Association of REALTORS® at the tenth largest Association of REALTORS® in the country and the largest in the State. She has continued to win election to this elite and highly regarded organization over the past dozen years.

During this time, Jenean added to her impressive credentials by passing the Broker's Exam. Due to her reputation for "success-through-integrity", she was approached by the District Attorney to serve on a newly formed Real Estate Fraud Advisory Committee.

Though very active with her own practice and multiple volunteer leadership responsibilities, Jenean has served meritoriously in this important capacity for many years, bringing clarity and industry-savvy perspectives to this critical, legal-oversight body.
Jenean's Personal Life
Cultural Outreach
Jenean and Gary, have hosted forty students--often two at a time--over the past two decades. Some stayed for over five years. The students are treated like "family members". In fact, Jenean and Gary ‘adopted’ one of their Japanese student-guests...a happy addition to the Hill’s biological family of one daughter and four grandchildren. 
Acts of Appreciation Military Outreach
Jenean is involved in leadership with this organization. She also performs graphic design services for them and works on “think outside the box” projects. She is in charge of the procurement and preparation of "Goodie Bags" of needed items that are sent to troops overseas. Several times a year, she visits military bases to support the troops directly with great meals and uplifting fellowship. 
Free Wheelchair Mission
FWM is a nonprofit organization that provides wheelchairs at no cost to people with disabilities living in developing nations, providing dignity, independence, and hope through the gift of mobility. Jenean is passionately-committed to this charity, and she works with them nearly every day. She performs marketing projects, plans events, and she procures silent auction items for their annual 3,000-seat fundraiser gala. Recently Jenean hosted a fundraiser in her own back patio and raised $10,000 in four hours. Those donations took 125 disabled individuals off the wheelchair waiting list, and gave them live-changing mobility! 
Cancer Survivor
Jenean is a fighter. She fights for the rights of homeowners, real estate fraud victims, on behalf of her charities, her live-in international students, her clients, and her business. Jenean fights for them all.

And Jenean fights to win. Just ask cancer. Yup, she's already fought that battle and won.

The Evolution of YESin7days®
Prior to developing YESin7days®, Jenean did all the conventional real estate tasks--door knocking, cold calling, etc.--to secure listings. Those techniques worked for her, but she was “hating life” because she found the methods extremely uncomfortable and time-consuming. 
While she was successful at securing listings, when she hosted her first open house, literally NOBODY showed up. Not only did she earn zero pay for her full-day’s work, she also had to tell the homeowner that her efforts didn’t create any potential offers or even any interest in their home. More discomfort and aggravation.
Despite being an optimist, Jenean hated the “conventional process”--she could see that it was deeply flawed--so she decided to apply her marketing background and her psychology education to explore a different approach. She knew that it was much better to attract clients than it was to chase them. This led her to wondering how she could get clients to knock on her door instead of her having to knock on theirs. 
Because an open house was essentially a way for clients to “knock on her door”, she directed her focus to revolutionizing open houses so they were extraordinary and memorable. More significant, her higher goal was to use these events as a platform to demonstrate her exceptional skills and attract new buyers and sellers. 

This led to meticulous trial and error testing and scientifically-measured split-testing of every open house component. Jenean experimented with various types of home upgrades and staging to determine what produced the greatest return on investment. She introduced food to the open houses and then split-test different foods to see which yielded the greatest sales results.
She explored the use of signage, inside and outside the home, again testing and split-testing to see what worked best. This led to the creation of the "Buy-It-Now/Double-End Display Board"--one of Jenean's most powerful tools.

She also implemented various counterintuitive and ingenious methods to attract agents and buyers to her listings to create a "feeding frenzy" of visitors once the doors of her Grand Opening Open Houses® opened. The result? Multiple offers well over comps in 7 days or less in both buyers’ and sellers’ markets, multiple double-end opportunities, and a perpetual stream of new business.
